John was previously Senior Vice President with Concepts In Healthcare, Inc., an Ashland,
Maryland consulting firm, working out of their Chicago office. During his tenure with Concepts
In Healthcare, John utilized his 23 years of healthcare experience to advise manufacturers and health
systems on how to change supply and marketing strategies to cope with the financial pressures
exerted by managed care, reduced payment rates and industry consolidation. John also served as
Chief Operating Officer with Premier, Inc. with responsibility for materials management and pharmacy
group purchasing and clinical programs, alternate site services and international programs. He was a
key architect of Premier's powerful group purchasing program.
John received his Master's Degree in Business Administration with Distinction, and an emphasis in
marketing and human resource management, from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois. He received a
bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a comprehensive major in management, from the
University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Alan Weinstein
alan.weinstein@worldproductcentre.comAlan Weinstein is the founder and former President and Chief Executive Officer of
Premier Health Alliance. He also served as the past President and Chief Executive Officer of
Premier, Inc. Premier, Inc. provides various shared services to over 1,200 hospitals including
group purchasing ($34 billion in purchasing
volume in 2007), hospital insurance services,
management engineering, clinical & expense data services, venture funding, strategic
consulting, bio medical engineering and equipment repair, innovation evaluations and
process improvement consulting.
Mr. Weinstein is responsible for creating domestic and international partnerships for World
Product Centre with leading healthcare companies.
During his three-decade employment career in healthcare Alan Weinstein
focused on
developing startup businesses that provide services to hospitals
through shared programs, and were
intended to achieve greater
economies of scale. During the past eight years he has continued to be
involved in healthcare business enterprises as a board member of healthcare companies selling goods
and services to healthcare providers, primarily hospitals. These early and growth stage companies are
involved in departmental outsourcing of HIM departments in hospitals (medical records transcription
and coding)-Precyse Solutions; co-generation of energy for hospitals-AmericanDG Energy
and
the reprocessing of medical devices used in surgical procedures-SteriMed. In the medical
products
category Mr. Weinstein is a board member of InviroMedical, a safety syringe manufacturer.
Mr. Weinstein
also serves on the Board of Directors of the American International Health Alliance.
Mr. Weinstein received his BA from Allegheny College in 1964. He continued his education at Cornell
where he received his MBA in 1966.

Diane Appleyard

organizations. She also acts as President of healthcare Institute. Healthcare Institute is a think
tank of leading healthcare system executives that meets twice each year to share ideas

A strong believer in community service, she has served on the Board of Directors of Northwest

Modern Health'are's 100 Most Powerful list in 2002 (#20) and 2003 (#28). She was named a woman of
distinction by Northwest Florida Area Girl Scouts in 2000 and was named a Pensacola News Journal.
She received her bachelor's degree from Birmingham-Southern College, cum laude in 1969, and
received her master's degree in English from Vanderbilt in 1973.

Fred L. Brown
fred.brown@worldproductcentre.comFred L. Brown's healthcare career spans 42 years, and for the past 22, he has served as
CEO of various healthcare organizations. At World Product Centre, Mr. Brown is responsible for
domestic and international partnership creation with leading healthcare companies.
From 1993 to 1998, Brown served as the principal architect and founding President and Chief
Executive Officer of BJC Healthcare in St. Louis. He served as BJC's Vice Chairman from 1999-
2000 during his tenure as Chair of American Hospital Association. Under Brown's leadership
BJC developed a comprehensive healthcare network featuring 14 acute care hospitals, 7 long
term care facilities, 200 care sites, 30,000 caregivers and physicians, and health plans covering
more than 200,000.
Mr. Brown is past President of the Washington University Medical Center, a past Governor and Regent
of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and past Chairman for the American of St. Louis
and the Chancellor's Council of the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1999. He was also a member of
President Clinton's Senior Advisors Council on Y2K. He also served as immediate Past Chair of the Board
of Commissioners of the Joint Commission and Past Chairman of the National Kidney Foundation.

Michael Resnick
michael.resnick@worldproductcentre.comMichael Resnick is Executive Vice President of World Product Centre Marketing,
responsible for domestic and international partnership creation with leading healthcare
companies.
Prior to joining World Product Centre, Dr. Resnick was a Business Development Executive
at The Governance Institute, a healthcare research and education organization. The
Governance Institute's members are among the leading non-profit hospitals and healthcare
systems in the United States.
Dr. Resnick was previously a Director with the Advisory Board Company, in Washington,
DC. During his tenure, Dr. Resnick collaborated with acute care providers to implement the
H*Works Best Practice approach to emergency department and inpatient throughput, surgery
access and efficiency, case management, staff productivity, and nurse recruitment and retention.
Dr. Resnick received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Columbia University. He received a
master's degree in Public Health, with a concentration in health policy and management, from the
Columbia University. Board Certified as a healthcare executive, he is a member of the American
College of Healthcare Executives. Dr. Resnick is also a licensed dentist and a member of the
American Dental Association.

Anthony F. Alibrio Sr.
tony.alibrio@worldproductcentre.comAnthony F. Alibrio Sr. spent thirty-seven years working in the healthcare services
industry prior to his retirement in March 2001. Mr. Alibrio served as a Corporate Officer with
Marriot International and was President of their Healthcare Services division. He continued
in his role as President when the division became Sodehxo Marriott, and was subsequently
renamed Sodexo. Sodexo is a worldwide services organization that operates in over seventy
countries. It provides on-site department management in engineering, environmental services,
food and nutrition, and other ancillary services to more than 1,000 healthcare facilities. At
the time of his retirement, he was managing over three billion dollars of services in the U.S.
healthcare industry.
At World Product Centre, Mr. Alibrio is responsible for domestic and international partnership
creation with leading healthcare companies.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he chaired and served on the board of The National
Committee for Quality Care and the Health Insights Foundation. He maintained a membership of
the Hospital Research and Development Organization and the American Academy of Medical
Administrators, where he was recognized with a Distinguished Service Award.

Hans Behrendt DIPL.KFM.
hans.behrendt@worldproductcentre.comHans Behrendt DIPL.KFM. is General Manager of World Product Centre Marketing
for Central Europe responsible for partnership creation with leading European
healthcare companies.
Prior to joining World Product Centre, Hans Behrendt represented the company Swissray and
its many sales interests in innovative technologies located throughout Germany. Hans has
thirty years of experience in the diagnostic imaging market. His medical industry and foreign
market knowledge in Argentina, France, Israel, Norway and Saudi Arabia aid in his expertise
to analyze and offer advice with international strategy in the following areas: troubleshooting,
international management and cultural differences, executive training, expansion strategies,
market entry and sales organizations.
In early 1999, Hans Behrendt was elected by the members of the German-Israeli Economic Society
as President of DIW (Deutsch-Isrelische Wirtschaftsvereinigung) and still acts as a member of the
presidency today. Hans was also Director of the Board of the German subsidiary Algotec, later sold
to Kodak in 2005, and Chairman of the Board at the German subsidiary Swissray GmbH while
supporting the foundation of directdigital X-ray technology.

Howard E. Sanders

practice formed in 2006 that specializes in value creation within the healthcare supply chain.
At World Product Centre, Howard is responsible for domestic and international partnership
creation with leading healthcare companies.
Howard's career spans over 35 years within the Healthcare Industry. He has held several sales
and marketing leadership positions within the pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer
products and group purchasing sectors. Howard also has an extensive background in
operations having managed several manufacturing start-ups and serving as Vice President
and General Manager of Pharmaceutical Operations.
Howard started his career in healthcare with Johnson & Johnson and held various positions
at several Johnson & Johnson subsidiaries including Domestic Operations, McNeil Consumer Products,
McNeil Pharmaceutical, and Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical. In 1994, he became Executive Director
of Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems a new corporate entity created to focus on managed care.
In 1996, he joined Becton Dickinson as Vice-President of Marketing and later became President of
Becton Dickenson Healthcare Systems, where he was a member of the Worldwide Leadership Team.
In 2000, Howard became Sr. Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer at Premier Purchasing
Partners, Inc., the largest group purchasing organization in North America.
Howard is a graduate of Virginia State University in Petersburg, VA and received his MBA in Operations
Research from the University of the Redlands in Redlands, CA. Howard has been recognized
for numerous achievements throughout his career including the 2005 Gordon Atkins Award for
distinguished Redlands Alumni.

Gary Eizenga

consultant. Most recently Gary has worked with a variety of healthcare companies in an
advisory role with a focus on sales growth.
Gary was previously with Cardinal Health and Allegiance Healthcare as a leader of customer
relationships with the major healthcare group purchasing organizations in the United States.
Gary was also Chairman and CEO of Americable Network Technologies, a computer
networking company, and he spent many years with Baxter Healthcare and American
Hospital Supply Corporation in a variety of sales and general management positions.
Gary is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and has served on the Dean's Advisory
Council at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He also was a member of the board of
directors of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in Chicago.
